Volunteer for various organizations.   Family history (spouse, children, dogs, etc.):   Married John Mills: 1966 in Lafayette, IN.  Have 5 children; 4 live in our county.  Children ages 44 to 27.  9 Grandchildren: 1 is 1 month old, another daughter is pregnant.   Current hobbies and interests:   Play string bass every summer in the Purdue Summer Band.  In charge of our local "Unseen City Tour" which draws ~500 people to the area.  Enjoy camping at family private lake in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.   35+ years volunteering at "The Feast of the Hunters Moon" reenactment in West Lafayette, IN.  Event managing the Applehead Doll booth and demonstration.  My father's booth, The Cooper Booth, is now run by my husband and son.   We live in an 1850 historic home and have restored it inside and out.  We give tours at local historic events.   Claims to fame (books, awards, etc.):   1999 Servant of Youth Recognition from the National Lutheran Association of Scouters, for 20+ years of service to Girl Scouts.   1992 District Award of Merit - Boy Scouts of America   2002 Outstanding Venture Leader- Boy Scouts of America.  We were the first troop in the district.   Anything else to share:   John and I spent 3 weeks crossing Russia from near Japan to St. Petersburg as privileged guests of the Russian Orthodox Church.  We enjoy extensive international travel- Europe, Japan, S.
